I'm looking for a power measurement module capable of handling a 3-phase AC power source with a frequency range of 0.1 Hz to 16 Hz. The voltage should be between 0 to 600 V line-to-line, and the current range needs to be from 0 to 30 A. This is for monitoring purposes, not for billing, so revenue-grade certification isn't necessary. It's crucial that we can assess the health of all three phases, specifically measuring voltage, frequency, and current. Since we can't use step-down transformers due to the low frequency, I'm considering Rogowski coils for current measurement due to their effective low-frequency performance.
