I'm looking to collaborate with your company on designing and manufacturing a custom 3-way ball valve for a new product. The main specs include a pressure rating of 90–180 psi, operating temps between 0°C and 80°C, and a flow rate of 8–10 mL/s. It's intended for food-grade applications, primarily handling water and beverages, so we need it made from suitable plastic materials, preferably PTFE. The valve should use a compression connection with an O-ring and have an outside pipe diameter of 12 mm, with total dimensions not exceeding 60 mm.
