I recently ordered a bottle of almond oil and received it quickly from the seller. The packaging was impressive, but unfortunately, the pump is not functioning as expected. I've used similar pumps before, but this one seems to be stuck or malfunctioning and doesn't release or pump the oil at all. Instead of going through the hassle of returning the product, I'd like to request a replacement pump. It would be great if you could send me a working pump to resolve this issue. Please let me know how to proceed. Thanks!
