I received my order about a month ago, and I'm reaching out because I've encountered an issue with the pump. When I attempt to use it, it appears to be working, but I'm unable to get it to pop up or open so that I can start pumping. I've tried a few things but haven't had any luck so far. Could you please let me know if there's a particular technique or method I might be missing?
